Welcome to MeaDoc. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before using our mobile application, desktop software, or website.
Description of Service
MeaDoc provides a healthcare appointment booking platform consisting of a mobile application for patients, desktop software for clinics and doctors, and associated web services. MeaDoc is a scheduling and communication tool and does not provide medical advice, diagnoses, or treatment.
User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must provide accurate and complete information during registration. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
Acceptable Use
You agree to use MeaDoc only for its intended purpose of healthcare scheduling and communication. You may not use the platform to transmit harmful content, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with other users, or violate any applicable laws or regulations.
Payments & Billing
Clinic users who subscribe to paid plans agree to pay all applicable fees. Fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. You may cancel at any time, and your plan will remain active until the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.
Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of the MeaDoc platform are owned by MeaDoc and protected by international copyright, trademark, and patent laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on our platform without written permission.
Limitation of Liability
MeaDoc is provided on an "as is" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. MeaDoc is not liable for any medical decisions made based on information provided through the platform. In no event shall MeaDoc be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately. Any provisions that should survive termination will remain in effect.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which MeaDoc operates, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
